EASYSHIP delivers parcels to Russia to the recipient's post office or door. Delivery is combined: by air to Europe and by road to Russia. To other countries, delivery is door-to-door via EMS

If you have decided to send a parcel to Russia or Belarus, you have two shipping options:

- You are in a city that has drop-off points where you can physically hand in the parcel (the addresses are listed below). In that case you can pack the parcel and bring it to the drop-off point. Your parcel will be processed there and sent to the warehouse in Delaware for onward shipping. Delivery is paid for at the drop-off point itself.

To speed up the processing of your parcel at the drop-off point, you can download and fill in the form under which your parcel will be sent on to Russia or Belarus. At the drop-off point the parcel is immediately assigned a postal tracking number that you can use to track it. You can track the parcel on the portal easyship.us

Please bring the parcel to the drop-off point unsealed so that our agent can check the contents.

- If you cannot physically hand the parcel in at a drop-off point to our agents, you can use the online form on the portal easyship.us (instructions for using the portal are below)

After filling in the form and paying for the parcel on the website, you will receive two files by email: a FedEx service label and a customs declaration completed with your details and a postal tracking number. All that is left for you to do is hand the parcel over to FedEx. The parcel will then arrive at the warehouse in Delaware for onward shipping to Russia or Belarus.

Before sending a parcel, please CAREFULLY study the restrictions on goods, dimensions and weight

INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS:

The maximum value of goods that can be delivered from one sender to one recipient without paying customs duties is 200 EUR;
The maximum weight of one parcel for Priority shipping is 44 lbs (20 kg), including packaging. The longest side of the parcel must not exceed 105 cm, and the sum of all sides (length + width + depth) must not exceed 155 cm.
The maximum weight of one parcel for EMS shipping is 66 lb (30 kg). One side must not exceed 140 cm, and the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 210 cm
The greater of the actual and the dimensional weight is used to calculate the delivery cost. The formula for the dimensional weight in pounds is: Length (inches) x Width (inches) x Height (inches) / 139
The packaging must ensure the safety of the parcel during transportation and loading/unloading
Each parcel is automatically insured for $60. Additional insurance costs 5% of the insured amount;
Food products in the manufacturer's packaging may be shipped up to 22 lbs (10 kg), but no more than 4.4 lbs (2 kg) of one type per parcel;
Carefully study the list of goods prohibited for shipping on the website!

RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel and the state of departure. You can find out the rates from the agent in your city. If there is no agent in your city, you can calculate the delivery cost on the website easyship.us

Minimum charge is for 10 lb.

Parcels worth up to 200 euros per month can be sent to Russia and Belarus without paying duties. If the customs limit is exceeded, the recipient will have to pay 15% of the value in excess of the value limit, but not less than 2 euros per 1 kg of weight in excess of the weight limit. The weight limit is 31 kg

We do not ship parcels to the Crimea region, the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) or the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).

DELIVERY OF PARCELS TO THE EASYSHIP WAREHOUSE VIA THE easyship.us PORTAL

To deliver your parcel to the Easyship warehouse in Wilmington, Delaware for onward shipping to Russia or Belarus, follow these steps:

Log in to Easyship.us
Fill in all the required information (enter the weight and dimensions of parcels as whole numbers, without commas or dots).
Pay for delivery to the destination country (delivery includes the current rate + the courier service's rate for delivery to the Easyship warehouse)
You will receive a prepaid FedEx or UPS label at the email address you provided; print it and stick it on the box.
Take the parcel to the nearest FedEx or UPS office.
The FedEx or UPS representative will accept the parcel free of charge when they see the label we generated on it.

If you do not have a printer, you can show the email with the label at the FedEx or UPS office and they will print it on the spot.

Together with the label you will receive by email the customs declaration (CN23) you filled in. It does not need to be printed. On it you will see the parcel's tracking number, which can be tracked approximately 7–10 days after the parcel is sent, on the website easyship.us.

The FedEx or UPS rate is valid under the following conditions: the longest side must not exceed 120 cm (48 inches), the second-longest side must be up to 75 cm (30 inches), and the maximum actual or volumetric weight of the box must not exceed 20 kg (44 lb). In all other cases an additional charge will be applied according to the standard FedEx rates.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION

A separate CN23 customs declaration must be filled in for each parcel, providing information about the contents of the parcel: the names of the goods, their quantity and total value. The sender's signature is a mandatory element of the declaration. When filling in the declaration, it is forbidden to use general names: "clothing", "used items", "humanitarian aid", "souvenirs", "components", etc. You must compile a complete list of the contents of the parcel, specifying the specific items. Next to each item (jeans, T-shirt, phone, sneakers, doll, etc.) enter the number in the "quantity" column.

IMPORTANT! All parcels must be addressed only to real recipients who ACTUALLY live at the addresses given. All parcels addressed to fictitious recipients or addresses are confiscated by customs.

EASYSHIP is not liable to the sender and/or recipient for the decisions of customs authorities, including the confiscation of parcels by customs authorities

In the event of a discrepancy (in the list of contents or an incorrectly specified address), the sender bears full responsibility, both financial and legal.

TERMS OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION

EASYSHIP works to prevent credit card fraud, closes the accounts of any clients involved in such activity, returns goods to sellers and passes information to the relevant authorities for investigation. To prevent fraud, we may require copies of identity documents. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States, including information about the value and list of goods.

Civil or criminal penalties may be imposed by the US government for false or fraudulent statements regarding this information.

EASYSHIP does not transport items prohibited for shipping: weapons, drugs, psychotropic or explosive, flammable and other dangerous substances prohibited by the «Universal Postal Convention» and the national laws of its member countries and of the specific country of destination. Failure to comply with the rules for sending parcels may result in criminal or administrative liability both in the country of departure and in the country of destination.

- from 15 March 2022 the EU has introduced restrictions on the export of certain categories of goods from the EU to Russia. As parcels transit through Europe, we must also comply with the EU restrictions. The list of goods is in the document, see from page 31
